A Christmas Message from Mr Lowe...

20th December 2017

Dear Parents/Carers,

We have come to the end of a long term and the whole school community is looking forward to a well-earned rest. The prospect of Christmas cheers us and lifts our spirits from the cold, dark weather of the season.

We have been preparing the children for Christmas in our Advent assemblies and reflections and the school community has joined together to reflect on the Christmas story in our Christmas productions.

We would particularly like to congratulate our School Choir who have represented the school at the Trust Advent Service and have also visited Symphony House to sing to the residents there.

We are sure that you would like to join us in thanking all of the staff for their continued tremendous hard work and commitment to the children during the year.

We would particularly like to mention Mrs Yvonne Swallow who will be stepping down from her current role. Mrs Swallow has spent many years working at the school and has decided that it is time to enjoy life a little more. We thank her for her dedication to The Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School.

On behalf of everybody at The Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School, we wish you, your family and the children a holy and peaceful Christmas and every blessing for the New Year.

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday 4th January 2018.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Martin Lowe
