Provisionally Book a Space for your child
Should the school be given the go ahead to open from 1st June 2020, we will require firm numbers to ensure we are fully staffed and able to meet the needs of our families.
Your child will be expected to attend all sessions allocated unless we have been advised otherwise by SEND support or Social care.
If you have more than one child returning to school, please complete a form for each child.
Please complete this form by 15.00 on Friday, 22nd May 2020.
Contracts will be issued to parents/carers who request a space.
