Members of the society talked to us about Chinese New Year - or the Lunar New Year as well as different Chinese cultures.

They performed a Unicorn dance which was really exciting and we got to see one of our visitors dressed up as the God of Wealth.

Later in the presentation we watched a Sword Dance being performed, it was so graceful.

We all had the opportunity to ask questions about the Chinese way of life and how they celebrate their new year in comparison to ours in the west.

It was such an interesting visit which helped us understand a little more about Chinese traditions.
