Sessions and Funding

From September 2025, our Pre-School will offer 30-hour funding.

Our 30-hour offer is dependent upon:

  • Your child must be 3 years old either on or before the 31st August 2025.
  • You must be eligible for 30 hour funding, you must have applied and be in receipt of a DERN Number (Applications are open now). This must be shared with school at your earliest convenience and is valid for 3 months.
  • Apply now - https://www.westnorthants.gov.uk/get-help-paying-childcare/funded-early-education-and-childcare-3-and-4-year-olds/30-hours
  • You must regularly re-apply for funding – every 3 months (we will inform you when your funding is nearing its end). You must share your new DERN number with the school. A failure to do so will result in the withdrawal of your child's place.
  • Drop Off and Collection must be prompt. Doors open at 9.00am and close at 3.00pm - 6 hours per day (Term Time Only).
  • Children must be provided with a healthy lunch and drink, in a named lunchbox and water bottle. (Please remember we are a nut-free school).
  • There is an expectation that your child will be toilet-trained before starting at our Pre-School*.

* Where there is no medical or other need to prevent this.
